All orders for Queen or King mattress sets valued at $795 or more (before tax/shipping) that are placed between now and March 15th, 2010 will receive a certificate to be filled out and mailed in along with your purchase receipt. All orders for a Queen set will receive a Queen comforter. All orders for a King set will receive a King comforter. One free comforter per household.

• Original receipt for a qualified purchase must bear a purchase date between February 4, 2010
and March 15, 2010.
